What’s for Dinner? Baked Potatoes and Chili

On deck tonight:

  • Baked potatoes – baking at 400*, with skins pricked, rubbed with OO and kosher salt, no foil wrapping.
  • Chili from the freezer (from my usual copycat Wendy’s chili recipe.)
  • Salads!

Hooray for a pantry/freezer meal!
